A Message from Our Founders

Like many parents, we found ourselves repeating the same lessons to our children over and over again, reminding them to be respectful, to listen, to show gratitude — and feeling like the message just wasn’t sticking.

We believe in teaching through actions and giving those “in the moment” reminders that parents know so well, but we wanted something that would truly help those lessons take hold. Our desire is to join you in building up a generation that has strong moral values and will not be afraid to become the leaders we need. Leaders who will shape the world around them with integrity, compassion, and leave a lasting positive impact.

Over 2 years, we studied resources and lectures related to our program goals and conducted local surveys with teachers and students.

*See some of our links in the research tab.

What we discovered is that children often absorb these lessons best when they see their peers practicing them too. Watching slightly older students model the same behaviors, learning through role play, participating in challenging group conversations, and hearing a community reinforce the same values being taught at home.

When those elements come together, something powerful happens. It creates the support system and village that parents need to keep good manners, confidence, and social awareness at the front of a child’s mind as they navigate some of the most important developmental years of their lives.

Etiquette isn’t about being perfect.

It’s about learning to be aware of our tone, our actions, and how we treat others — because at the end of the day, people may not remember exactly what we said, but they will always remember how we made them feel.

Allyson Hamrick

“My oldest son joined the first fundamentals course and I was amazed at the focus for boys to learn chivalry. He enjoyed the class and since then has started helping around the house with things like carrying groceries in, opening the doors for his little siblings, and more. I highly recommend!"
